Tropical Africa.

The African Tulip Tree is native to tropical Africa.It grows between 7 to 25m high and displays reddish-orangish flowers, marked with yellow, in campanulate form. The flower cups hold water which make the tree attractive to birds. It’s also known for being a “summer deciduous” species, i.e., it will shed its leaves to protect itself in very dry summers.
